Old for New Pump Exchange
GPM, Inc. will provide a new Eliminator Slurry Pump at 75% of new
list price in exchange for an existing Eliminator Slurry Pump in
need of repair. All new Eliminator Slurry Pumps come with a limited
1-year warranty.

Old for Remanufactured Pump Exchange
GPM, Inc. will provide a remanufactured Eliminator Slurry Pump at
50% of new list price in exchange for an existing Eliminator Slurry
Pump in need of repair. All remanufactured Eliminator Slurry Pumps
meet new pump performance standards and come with a limited 1-year
warranty.

50% Max Repair Program
GPM, Inc. will rebuild, to new performance
specifications, any Eliminator Slurry Pump that is returned to
GPM, Inc. for repair. This repair cost
will not exceed
50% of new list price. All Eliminator Slurry Pump repairs come
with a 1-year limited warranty commencing on the date of
shipment from GPM, Inc.
Repair includes:
- Replacement or reconditioning of primary and secondary
mechanical seals and shaft.
- Replacement or adjustments to wear
components to meet new performance specifications and clearance
tolerances. This includes impeller, wear plate, casing, and
bearing housings.
- O-ring and bearing replacement as needed.
- Sandblast, prime, paint, and palletize for shipment.
Any Eliminator Slurry Pump that was
previously repaired by another facility does not qualify for this
program until it has been repaired by GPM, Inc. and until GPM, Inc.
remains the sole source for repair. GPM, Inc. does not authorize remote
repair centers, so to ensure the best product and service, please
return all Eliminator Slurry Pumps to GPM, Inc.
Repair of non-submersible motors is beyond the scope of this program.
If motor repair is necessary, it will be quoted as a separate repair item.
Core Exchange Program for Submersible Pumps
GPM, Inc. offers a 50/50 core exchange program to select customers that
have multiple submersible Eliminator Slurry Pumps of the same model. Under this
program, an Eliminator submersible pump in need of repair must be returned
to GPM, Inc. in exchange for a customer dedicated core pump at 50% of
new list price. All core pumps are provided with a standard 1-year warranty
commencing on the date of shipment from GPM, Inc. Specific details of this
program are outlined in the contractual agreement between GPM, Inc. and the
end-user.
