GPM is a full service provider of pump repair. We will repair your damaged pump and get it back to
OEM specifications. Furthermore, we warranty the full repair (parts & labor) for 90 days from pump
installation, or 180 days from shipment.
When it comes to repairing our very own Eliminator Pump, we go one step further. We guarantee that
the repair bill for an Eliminator Pump will never exceed 50% of new list price.
Eliminator Pump Repair Pledge
GPM guarantees that the rebuild cost for the Eliminator Slurry Pump will not exceed 50% of the new
list price for that model. All repairs must be performed in our Duluth, MN factory.
A complete rebuild to new specifications and tolerances will include:
- Replacement or reconditioning of primary and secondary mechanical seals.
- Replacement of shaft if damaged beyond repair.

Replacement or adjustment of wear components to meet new pump minimum specifications.
This includes impeller, wear plate, casing, and bearing housings.
- O-rings and bearings will be replaced if wear-life is exhausted.
- Unit to be sandblasted, primed, and painted like new.
The actual cost will vary per the repair requirements, but the bill will never exceed
50% of current new list price.

Eliminator Pump -- Emergency Core Exchange Pledge for Submersible LH Models
** This pledge is for submersible LH models only **
When a pump goes down and time is of the essence, we can provide you with a new or
remanufactured unit in a short period of time--typically shipped same day.
The core exchange process is as follows:
- Call our factory at (218) 722-9904 and have the serial number of your current Eliminator Pump ready.

We’ll check our inventory and provide you an estimated arrival date of a
new/remanufactured unit. This unit will ship ASAP.
- We’ll provide shipping/freight instructions so you can ship the damaged unit back to our factory.
- Upon receipt of the damaged unit, we’ll perform a repair cost analysis.
- The pump will be repaired and billed. It will then go into our pool of remanufactured units, awaiting the next emergency call.
For customers with a single SBLH model pump, the core exchange repair cost will not exceed 70%
of new pump list price.
For customers with multiple SBLH pumps, but which are all of different motor and discharge sizes,
the core exchange repair cost will not exceed 70% of new pump list price.
For customers with two or more SBLH pumps that are of the same motor and discharge size, the core
exchange repair cost will not exceed 50% of new pump list price.
