Extended Shaft Pumps |
Eliminator extended shaft pumps are very unique. We limit our shaft lengths, and
thereby eliminate high wear items such as intermediate bearings and couplings. We
use our submersible bearing and seal assembly, but we locate it at the bottom of the
shaft. Shaft deflection and vibration doesn’t have an effect on seal performance.
All pumps come standard with the following features:
- 28% high-chrome, 650+ Brinell hardness wet-end materials
- Dual SiC vs. SiC mechanical seals
- 416SST shaft construction
- 316SST wet-end hardware
- Submersible pump bearing and seal chamber
- 100% sealed shaft chamber to eliminate debris into the bearings
Available options:
- Various shaft alloys (304SST, 316SST)

GPM has partnered with
Pump-Flo
to deliver powerful, yet easy-to-use, Web-based pump sizing and selection
software. Users can quickly search across GPM's pump catalog to identify the "best pump" for the required
application.
Selections are based on a number of inputs such as system design point, fluid properties, motor sizing,
and NPSH calculations. Once a dynamic pump curve is generated, users have the ability to adjust operating
speeds, view/save electronic curves and data sheet reports in a PDF format, generate system curves, simulate
multiple pumps/speeds, and much more. Supporting documentation such as product specifications, dimensional
drawings, cutaway views and engineering specifications can also be generated.
Other powerful features include a Total Head Calculator and the ability to send electronic "Request for Quote"
packages directly to GPM's sales office.
